I have Windows 10.
What Should I Do?
Microsoft will cease updates for Windows 10 on October 14th, 2025 and you have a computer running Windows 10. What options are there and what do I recommend?
First, you can continue running Windows 10 indefinitely. A handful of years from that date, you'll see some programs - now called apps - also stop receiving updates for computers running Windows 10. As long as your computer does what you need it to do, there is no requirement to upgrade to Windows 10.
What if you want the security of an up-to-date operating system? If your computer is new enough, simply accept the option to upgrade in Windows Update or create a USB flash drive with the Windows 11 installation and run that for the free upgrade.
If your computer is new-ish enough, there are some steps to do that will allow this upgrade to Windows 11 to successfully install. If your computer came with Windows 10, then it will likely be able to handle that upgrade.
Some of you will be ready for a faster, more powerful computer and a new one that runs Windows 11 out of the box is your best bet. But don't succumb to the pressure to buy the newest model, especially if you have no plans to ever use AI features.

It's as simple as 1 - 2 - 3 !!
Well, simple and easy are two very different things. Setting up a new computer or migrating from an old one to a new one involves many steps. It's my goal to take as many steps as necessary so that your new or upgraded system looks like the old one but runs like a new one should.
Call or text and let's plan for a big improvement!
